Delivery and Install Service

Products available at the Vespez store can be configured by yourself without much difficulties. But not everybody has the patience or the time to do this. That is why Vespez offers, as an extra service to their clients, an "Delivery and Install Service".

The DI Service comprises of:

• On location: your home or office: personal delivery of the products;
• Unpacking and checking of equipment;
• Connecting the equipment to your network/PC/laptop (if so desired);
• Configuring your internet connection* for viewing images from the internet
• Explanation and instruction on the use of the product or products:
  • Setting a password
  • How to log on
  • Operation of the different functions of your device (recording, email, reviewing images, etc.)
  • A placement- and cabling- advice

NOTE: You must indicate what ISP you use for your internet access and provide the modem (brand/type) details. Not all ISPs allow you to remotely access devices on your local network. Vespez is not responsible for any changes made to your modem-configuration..

Vespez does not place any equipment. This is something you can to yourself without the use of any complicated or heavy equipment. A screwdriver and hand drill are usually enough. Vespez also does not perform any cabling in private houses or offices. This you can do yourself at a later stage.

Optionally, Vespez can provide custom cablelengths for your specific situation. Contact us if you have any questions.

Terms of service

This service only applies to equipment purchased at the Vespez store. Additionally, you need to be personally present for receiving the instruction. Together with the help from Vespez you connect the equipment to your network, PC or laptop, and ensure its operation.

During the configuration process you get detailed and hands-on instructions of the equipments' operation and usage. Vespez connects the equipment but does not place (the cameras) on their definitive spot. Vespez delivers the equipment on the location in such a way that you can disconnect and reconnect the cameras at your leasure, at a later stage. If so required you can install the required cabling yourself and place the equipment.

How to order

If you wish to use the Delivery and Install Service, the only thing you have to do is place the Service-product in your shopping cart. After placing your order, we will contact you for making an appointment for the delivery of the products and servivce. Please ensure you provide a correct emailaddress, street address and phonenumber with your order.
